Henry's Fund

Henry Reif began his journey at Rady Children’s in 2010 with a relatively simple tonsillectomy. His surgery went well but upon being discharged, the doctor gave a standard warning for tonsillectomy patients: although bleeding was rare, occurring in less than one percent of all cases, if it happened to Henry it must be checked immediately.
