What's a Miracle Maker?

Rady Children's Miracle Makers are individuals, clubs, businesses or groups of friends who fundraise for Rady Children's Hospital, raising at least $500 annually.

Ian - A Survivor at Heart

Tammy Quinones was driving to work last December when she received a call from her son's school, where she had just left her 13-year-old, Ian. There had been an accident, the school said. Her son was involved.

Tammy turned around, and on her way back to Rincon Middle School in Escondido, she passed an ambulance, and she knew Ian was inside. MORE

National Recognition

John Bradley, M.D., Infectious Disease Specialist at Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego, is among seven experts from outside the federal government who will join the National Biodefense Science Board (NBSB), a federal advisory committee which provides expert advice and guidance on preventing, preparing for, and responding to adverse health effects of public health emergencies. IHOP - Flip Over Free Pancakes

Each year, IHOP hosts National Pancake Day to help sick and injured children. In return for a free (and quite tasty) short stack of pancakes, IHOP asks its guests to make a donation to the Children’s Miracle Network. MORE
