Ice skating? Outside? In San Diego? Yes! Rady Children's Hospital Auxiliary, SENTRE Partners and Friends of Rady Children’s are teaming up to present Fantasy on Ice, a wonderful way to enjoy the holidays with your family. The festivities begin in November, when the Ice Rink at Horton Square, adjacent to Horton Plaza in downtown San Diego, opens for daily skating November 2013 until January 2014. Then, throughout the holidays, come back to enjoy special holiday events and activities, including our own "Holiday on Horton Square" tree-lighting ceremony and television special sponsored by NBC 7 San Diego. Proceeds from this event benefit the Peckham Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders at Rady Children's Hospital.
