South Shores Park, Mission Bay
Helping Kids – One Step at a Time
Now you can make a real difference in the life of a critically ill or injured child – and enjoy a fun morning at Mission Bay with your family and friends! You'll help kids – and have a whale of a good time!
How can you get involved?
- Walk with us! You can walk as an individual or form a team. Choose our 1-mile OR 3-mile course. Enjoy a fun one-mile stroll – starting at the South Shores Boat Ramp and crossing through SeaWorld – or enjoy the longer scenic route that continues around the Bay. Either way, you'll cross the finish line back at the Boat Ramp to enjoy games, food and fun at a special celebration.
- Fundraise to earn prizes and help kids even more! You can fundraise for the department or program that you're most connected to and passionate about – or you can raise money for the Hospital to use where it's needed most. It's easy – and every dollar raised stays right here in San Diego to help kids at Rady Children's.
- Sponsor a Walker! What a terrific way to support our community's only hospital devoted just to kids.
