Rady Children’s Hospital-San Diego is building something truly special. Our new Acute Care Pavilion will be home to the amazing new Peckham Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders, the state-of-the-art Warren Family Surgical Center, and a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit that is truly family-centered.
Due to be completed this October, the 279,000-square-foot building will help us keep our covenant with our region’s children. And we cannot wait!
Each year, more than 140,000 children are cared for at Rady Children’s or at one of our satellite facilities. This ever-increasing demand has pushed our physical facilities beyond capacity. Without this new Acute Care Pavilion, funded significantly through philanthropy, children may need to go outside our community — to Los Angeles and beyond — to receive care.
We need your help to bring our new building to life with lifesaving technology and equipment. For a donation of $250, you’ll receive a beautiful personalized kite tile that will be permanently on display in the Pavilion. For a donation of $1,000 or more, you can help to buy healing art, and we’ll thank you with a wall plaque etched with your name.
Special opportunities also exist to support new state-of-the-art care areas in:
- Hematology/Oncology: The Peckham Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders
- Neonatal Intensive Care
- Surgery: The Warren Family Surgical Center
By giving to Rady Children’s, you will make a profound difference for the kids who need us. Together, we can rise to the challenges of tomorrow and reach new heights in patient care.
Best of all, you can help provide the most important medical advance of all: Hope.
Hope. Let’s Build It Together
