1. How will my donation help kids?
Your donation will fund equipment and technology in our new Acute Care Pavilion, opening 10-10-10. This LEED-Certified (green) building will be home to the incredible new Peckham Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders, the state-of-the-art Warren Family Surgical Center, and a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit that cares for our community’s tiniest and most fragile babies. Your gift will help us save lives every day.
2. Is my donation tax deductible?
Yes. 100 percent of the cost of the tile is tax-deductible.
3. Will I get a receipt for my donation?
Yes. If you order your tile online, you will receive an online receipt once your order is complete. If you mail or call in your order, you will receive a receipt in the mail.
4. Where will my tile be displayed?
Tiles will be displayed on the walls of the second and third floor main thoroughfare bridges that link our Rose Pavilion with the new Acute Care Pavilion as part of beautiful murals.
5. When will my tile be installed on the wall?
The tiles will be installed in August 2010. We will host a grand opening celebration in September so you can come see your tile, even before the building opens (for all tiles ordered by June 30, 2010). We will send you information about this special event.
6. What size is the tile?
The tiles are approximately 3.5” x 3.5”.
7. Can I purchase more than one tile?
Yes! The tiles are a wonderful gift for family members, friends and business associates that you would like to honor.
8. Is there a discount if I purchase more than one tile?
No. Tiles are $250 each.
9. What will the tiles say?
Your name (or the name of the person or family to whom you’re dedicating the tile) – with a maximum of 30 characters (including commas, periods and spaces)
10. Can I buy a tile for my entire family?
